Spellwork

Spellwork at Flame Point is personal. Rather than choosing a spell from a list and sending it off into the world, we start with a conversation.

Your situation, your goals, and your boundaries all matter when deciding what kind of working is appropriate. Sometimes you already know exactly what you want. Sometimes you know what you want to change, but aren't quite sure what kind of spell would help. That's what the consultation is for.

How It Works:

1. Start with a Consultation

The first step is a consultation. The $15 consultation retainer is non-refundable and is applied toward the final cost of your spell if you choose to move forward.

We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you'd like to accomplish, and what you're comfortable with. I'll also talk through any boundaries I have around the working.

This is important because I don't believe every situation calls for the same kind of magic. The consultation gives us a chance to figure out what actually makes sense before anything is cast.

2. Decide on the Working

Once we've talked through your situation, I'll explain what kind of working I think would be appropriate and what it would involve. Because every spell is created specifically for the person commissioning it, there isn't one set price for spellwork.

You'll receive the price after our consultation, and you can decide whether you'd like to move forward. There is never an obligation to commission a spell after the consultation.

3. Set the Date

Once you've decided to move forward, we'll choose a time for the working.

Some spells benefit from particular lunar phases, planetary timing, or other considerations, while others simply need the right time for me to perform them. We'll take those things into account along with my availability and yours.

Depending on the working, you may be invited to join me for all or part of the spell. Other workings may be performed entirely by me. We'll discuss what your involvement will look like beforehand.

4. The Working

Once the time comes, I'll perform the working according to everything we've discussed.

My spellwork is performed for the person who commissions it, not upon or against another person. If your situation involves someone else, we can work with what belongs within your own sphere: your boundaries, your circumstances, your choices, your healing, your opportunities, or your ability to move forward.

I don't perform workings intended to control another person's will.

5. Something to Take With You

Some spells I perform result in a tangible object connected to the working.

The form that object takes depends on the spell. It might be a charm, talisman, ritual piece, or something else created specifically for you. It isn't just a keepsake. It is part of the physical side of the work and something you can keep with you after the working is complete.

Once everything is finished and should one exist, we'll arrange a time for you to receive it, either by shipping or by meeting in person.

A Note About What Spellwork Can Do

I don't promise guaranteed outcomes, and I don't see magic as a replacement for your own choices or actions. Spellwork is a way of putting intention into action, creating space for change, and working with the circumstances in front of you.

Sometimes the work is about bringing something toward you. Sometimes it's about helping you let something go. Sometimes it's simply about creating enough light to see your next step.

That's what Tending the Flame is about.

You bring the intention. We tend the fire. Then we see what happens.

About The Flame

The Flame is more than just a name or a metaphor. It’s the thread that runs through my practice, the fire at the center of Flame Point.

To me, fire is both simple and powerful. It gives warmth. It gives light. It transforms things. It can be comforting, but it can also be wild and unpredictable. When the world around us gets dark, sometimes all you need is a little fire to see what’s right in front of you.

That’s what I think of when I talk about The Flame.

It’s intuition, curiosity, creativity, and the things we can’t always explain. It’s the feeling that tells you to pay attention. It’s the story in the cards, the bones, the runes, the shells, the pendulum, or whatever other tool happens to be in your hands. The tools themselves don't give us all the answers. They give us something to look at, something to question, and sometimes a way to see a situation differently.

My practice draws from many places, including my own Indigenous heritage and the traditions I’ve found and built upon along the way. I don't believe spirituality has to fit neatly into one box, and my relationship with The Flame has grown alongside my own practice.

Most importantly, I don't see divination as handing someone a fixed future. Life isn't that simple. A reading can offer perspective, point out something you may have overlooked, or help you put words to something you already knew deep down. What you do with that insight is yours.

The Flame isn't here to tell you who to be or where your path has to lead. It's here to give you a little light while you find your way.

Because sometimes, a little light is all we need.

  • Tarot Reading -

I was blown away by Aris's Tarot reading. Not only was it spot-on, but it also gave me the guidance I didn’t even realize I needed. Her approach is thoughtful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping others. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking clarity

  • Bone Reading -

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a Bone reading, but Aris made sure the messages were clear, direct, and so relevant to my life. Her readings offer a level of detail and intuition that’s hard to find. I’m already planning my next session!

  • Oracle Reading -

Aris has such a calm, grounded energy. My Oracle reading was exactly what I needed to feel at peace with the decisions I’ve been facing. It wasn’t just insightful—it was truly comforting. I’m so grateful for her wisdom and will definitely return for another reading.
