I cast a set of bones and read the shapes, positions, and relationships that appear in the casting. Each piece has its own meaning, but the reading comes from looking at the whole cast and the story it creates. Depending on your question, we may explore patterns, relationships, obstacles, possibilities, or things that may be worth giving more attention.
Intention
Bone casting is an older form of divination rooted in observation, intuition, and interpretation. I don’t see the bones as delivering a fixed answer or predicting an unchangeable future. Instead, they offer another way to look at what’s happening and what may be sitting beneath the surface.
